We designed our Sailor double sided polyester mesh CCB covers for outdoor signage. We print on both sides of the CCB and sell this version with eyelets or our unique stretch fabric rim. This makes fitting and removing the CCB cover a breeze.
Polyester mesh allows for wind to easily pass through the banner. This reduces wind load and will keep your barriers in position rather than strewn on the ground. The Sailor is printed on both sides displaying the message to the audience from all angles.
Like with all our barrier covers, these are custom made to fit the crowd control barrier of choice. The stretch rim fits snuggly around the CCB locks. This makes installing the barrier jacket a very quick process – the Sailor can be installed and removed in seconds. The stretch rim is very forgiving so the CCB sleeve won’t rip like some of our competitors.

DISADVANTAGES OF POLYESTER MESH CCB COVERS
- There is show through from one side to the other
- Like all polyester it is dye sublimated so the print life is no longer than 6 months
- Not recommended for permanent installations
- Not as strong as PVC mesh
Some clients prefer solid polyester for their double sided sleeves because there is no show through from one side to another. Look at the image for this product and you will see you can see the reverse side graphic slightly.
Polyester mesh CCB covers are ideal for outdoor events like road races, triathlons, ultra marathons, cross country and beach events.
The Sailor is available in a single sided CCB Banner. It is a cheaper version but works well because sometimes the audience is against one side of the barrier eliminating the need to advertise on both sides.
