REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Thanks for using our website.
All our crowd control barrier covers are customised, no two orders are the same (except reorders). So we have no re-sale market for a cover with your details on it and we are pretty sure you wouldn’t want anyone using it anyway. We recommend that every client purchase a sample from our website before placing a larger order. This will give us time to make the perfect prototype and repeat it over and over. We rely on the measurements you provide us so be really accurate when using the guide.
Situations where you are able to claim a full refund on your sample.
CLAIM A REFUND OF A SAMPLE
- We make your sample incorrectly by using the wrong material.
- We make your sample incorrectly by not following your guide perfectly.
- The colour you specified by PMS is not accurately represented.
- The sample order was placed 14 days before your deadline but the goods were late because of our delay. Note this does not include delays for courier or postal services which are beyond our control.
- We make your sample using the wrong finishing.
- The sample is inferior in quality and workmanship and not suitable to your brand.
- The sample is different to the print proof.
To make a claim please get in touch with us via our contact page and we will arrange a courier to pick up the goods at our cost. In most circumstances we will ask you to return the cover and we will assess your claim fairly. You will not need the original packaging or order slips. Claims will need to be lodged within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If you are happy with the sample or would like to make some small changes and proceed with a larger order then here are the circumstances where you should be able to claim a refund. If you haven’t ordered a sample then you assume the risk that the order is not correct and we can’t offer you a refund

- We make your order using the wrong finishing.
- The order is inferior in quality and workmanship and not suitable to your brand.
- The order is different to the print proof.

Claims will need to be lodged within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be unused and returned prior to your event.
Our covers are designed for short term use and not prolonged exposure to UV light. Fading is inevitable and could happen as soon as 2 weeks in daily exposure. For longer lasting print please consider using PVC products instead of sublimated fabrics – get in touch with us and we can give you some options.
